By accessing or using Novatar AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Novatar AI provides AI-powered storytelling and companion experiences, including character creation, world creation, and interactive conversations.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Trial and billing terms are shown before purchase.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your created content, and grant Novatar AI a limited license to host and process it to provide the service.

You may not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI output may be imperfect, inaccurate, or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• No illegal use, harassment, impersonation, or abuse.
• No attempts to compromise, reverse engineer, or interfere with service operation.
• No account abuse to bypass product limits.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Novatar AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
