1. What to send
- Email support@storyverses.site.
- Use the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email address or username so we can locate the account.
2. What deletion means
- Personal profile information and account data are removed as part of the deletion process.
- Created chats, stories, and related user content tied to the deleted account may be permanently removed.
- Certain transaction or compliance records may be retained where legally required.
3. Processing note
Deletion is permanent. Once processed, the account and associated data covered by the request cannot be restored.
