Terms of service

Last updated: January 27, 2026. These terms explain how Novatar AI may be used, what users are responsible for, and how subscriptions and content rules apply.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Novatar AI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

2. Description of service

Novatar AI provides AI-powered companion, storytelling, avatar, and world-related experiences, including character creation, VRM tooling, and interactive conversations.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the app unless local law requires a higher age.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate registration information where required.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play and other supported providers as shown at purchase time. Billing terms, renewals, and cancellation details are presented before payment.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you create, and grant Novatar AI a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the service.

You may not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

6. AI-generated content

AI output may be imperfect, inaccurate, or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use generated content and for reviewing results before relying on them.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • No illegal use, harassment, impersonation, or abuse of the service.
  • No attempts to compromise, reverse engineer, or interfere with platform operation.
  • No account abuse intended to bypass product limits or moderation controls.

8. Termination and updates

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violations of these terms. We may also update the terms over time, and continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised version.
